Steamed Broccolini

 
 

Makes 2 servings

* 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
* 1 tablespoon sea salt
* Water for steamer

Place a large pot on the stove. Fill the pot with about 2 inches of water. Add sea salt to the water.

Place your metal steamer on top and cover. Let the water come to a boil.

Add the chopped broccolini to the steamer. Put the lid on and let it steam for about 3 minutes until the broccolini is bright green and tender, but not mushy. Serve with Baked Salmon.
