Granola Trail Mix
(Breakfast or a snack!)

 
 

Makes 6 servings

* 3 cups rolled oats
* 1/2 cup dried fruit
* 1/4 cup cacao nibs
* 1/2 cup favorite nuts
* 1/4 cup favorite seeds
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 1/4 cup coconut oil
* Pinch of Sea salt

**Add-ins**
* cinnamon or any spices to taste
* cacao powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit (170c). 

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Slowly add in the maple syrup & coconut oil in slowly to coat the dry ingredients. If it is too dry continue to add equal parts of maple syrup and coconut oil until everything is coated but not dripping. 

Once coated, pour the mix onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment or vegetable paper. 

Cook for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Give it a few more minutes if needed. When you removed it. Let it sit and do not touch until it is cooled. If you stir when warm you will have smaller clusters. If you let dry and then stir you will have larger clusters.
